A multimillion dollar mansion once owned by actress Heather Thomas sits in the path of the Green Knoll fire on Friday, July 27, 2001 in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. The current owners Doug and Jill Schatz had every tree close enough to fall onto their house cut down in an attempt to save their home.
